Perseverance School is a school for the children with autism. The school is a Unit of Pragnya Charitable Trust.

Welcome to Perseverance, where we firmly believe that every child, whether neurotypical or neurodiverse, is entitled to a fundamental education. Our mission at Perseverance is to extend comprehensive support to the children with autism, offering them not just education but also tailored assistance in developing pre-skills, addressing sensory needs through Occupational Therapy, enhancing communication abilities, and implementing behavior modification strategies seamlessly integrated into our school program module.

Our commitment is centered on ensuring that the children with special need receive equal opportunities in social interactions, academic proficiency, and participation in events and activities, equipping them to navigate the world with confidence.

At Perseverance, we recognize the unique needs of each child, providing one-on-one interventions for those requiring additional support in developing both physical and mental skills necessary for collaborative group work.

In adherence to our dedication to quality education, we maintain a steadfast classroom ratio. This deliberate choice enables our educators to offer individualized attention to each child, fostering holistic development across skills, specialized assistance such as sensory or behavioral modifications, and academic pursuits. In our dedication to inclusivity, Perseverance School reserves 20% of seats for economically backward children. These reserved seats come with a scholarship that provides a concession on tuition fees. We firmly believe in creating opportunities for every child to access transformative education, regardless of financial constraints.

We believe that every individual has the potential to make a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs and to contribute to their growth and development.

Our Mission

At Perseverance, our emphasis is always on learning of the child rather than just accommodating them in the setup. Our classroom setting aims at child’s development, with curriculum adapted to fulfil the goal of learning, for children with special needs. The teachers, therapists here, receive best in the industry trainings.

Aashish Anand, a BITS Pilani alum, a software engineer and social entrepreneur, is committed to fostering positive change. As the founder of Perseverance School, he integrates social responsibility into education, creating an inclusive environment beyond traditional norms. His leadership at Perseverance School goes beyond academics, emphasizing support and empowerment for every student.

Srivaishnavi

Head of School, Trustee

Srivaishnavi, our Head of School and a devoted trustee member at Perseverance, blends a diverse educational background, including Engineering, a Master’s in Psychology, and a PGD in Special Education. Her journey reflects a profound passion for understanding and supporting children. Within Perseverance, Srivaishnavi leads with an unwavering commitment. Her mission is clear — ensuring every child, regardless of challenges, receives the care and resources needed to thrive. At the core is the creation of a joyful environment where each child’s unique potential is recognized and nurtured.

Sanchita

Trustee

Sanchita is a seasoned and devoted educator, bringing a wealth of experience to her teaching career, which spans several years. She has been actively involved in instructing students in English (SL) from grades VII to XII.What truly touches Sanchita’s heart is her ability to make a positive impact on the lives of neurodiverse children.
